Bidvest Online Banking Web Application
I had the privilege of being part of the 2018 overhaul of the Online Banking Platform. It was an exciting project that involved not only revamping the user interface and user experience but also reworking backoffice processes. Our goal was to enhance service design and improve turn-around times, ultimately providing a seamless and efficient banking experience for our customers.
